All Sales are Final
No Return and No Exchange regardless of whether they have been used or not.

All returns for Defective items must included following items.
1. A copy of purchase invoice.
2. Original package.
3. A note attached to each defective items with detailed description.
4. Contact person's name and email address.

Please return the defective items with your own postage. 
Return postage will be paid by us if your item(s) are found defective.
If your item is found to NOT be defective for any reason, return postage needs to be paid by you in order for us to send your item(s) back.
We will ask for postage to be paid via paypal.
However, if you prefer us to included your non-defective item(s) with your next order, there will be no additional shipping fee charged.

48 hours on Wrong Item Claims
"Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from the delivery time.
Must include a copy of purchase invoice  when returning the item.

14-Day Warranty
This does not include any water damages or physical damages (wear and tear).
This does not include any tanks and RDA/RTA.
This does not include any coils or ejuice.
This does not include any SMOK Tech products.
